The Philippine Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Expert Network Mentorship Program has delivered results in its first seven months, guiding the transformation of  17 military professionals into institutional change agents who are driving measurable WPS improvements across all defense and security service branches. The program achieved its performance targets, with 88% attendance, and an outstanding 4.16 on a scale of 5 average competency improvement across all WPS areas, further validating the effectiveness of the individual mentorship approach.
